Really lovely noodles. I wouldn't necessarily call it ramen nor was your favorite Japenese uncle consulted for his recipe when it was made😅 nonetheless, VERY good and full of flavor. As if Chinese noodles married Vietnamese influence and produced this amazing dish. For starters, we had the edamame which was a pretty small portion for the price and the pork gyoza, which were handmade and freshly pan-fried accompanied with ponzu dipping sauce. The noodle soup had very succulent and flavorful pork accompanied with perfectly cooked noodles and a perfectly cooked ramen egg. The broth was rich and we asked for "medium" spice which was perfect to add the reminder that spice was there without it overwhelming the dish. Great place and would definitely come back :)- Cibo

The meal we had at this place was very tasty. Owner was very nice and friendly talking with. We had very nice memories eating dinner at this restaurant. Highly recommended.

Ramen BUONISSIMO!!! Il sapore è completamente diverso da quelli commerciali, si sente proprio che è fatto seguendo una ricetta originale. Inoltre è molto abbondante. Anche tutti gli altri piatti sono molto buoni e curati. Consiglio davvero di provarlo perché merita tantissimo! Invece di andare all'all you can eat, andate tutti da Noodles Enrico 🩷

Piacevole scoperta nel pieno centro di San Giovanni Valdarno. Abbiamo mangiato un ramen a dir poco spettacolare e che ci ha riportato in Giappone. Buonissimi anche i gyoza, equilibrati di sapore e la salsa di accompagnamento era perfetta. Porzioni abbondanti e prezzi ottimi. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Finalmente un ottimo ramen in Valdarno! Era una garanzia quando faceva il sushi e anche ora che fa ramen e altri piatti tipici orientali ha alzato l’asticella offrendo un’alternativa ai soliti all you can eat. Si vede che i piatti sono preparati con cura. Prezzi onesti. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo mangiato come da altre parti ..ma una cosa che ho apprezzato erano le misure dei roll e degli uramaki. ..a grandezza bocca ..finalmente non dovevo spalancare enormemente per farli entrare..😅 ho fatto il bis dei super roll al tartufo ..😋😋😋..la location è anche situata in una bella piazza anche se fatiscente
